Chris Brown was spotted out shopping in Melrose Avenue, LA. He stopped to sign autographs and posed with fans while he was shopping with friends in LA.
He wore a simple yet trendy jeans jacket with a simple black t-shirt and a toy story buzz lightyear chain for his accessory. And is that a new tattoo on his left hand? it looks unfinished but soon we will be able to tell what is the meaning of the new tattoo , to me it looks like a puzzle shaped piece of a character.
He even posed with fans, and smiled for the paparazzi. I don't know if i like this hair, but he seems to be embracing it well.
